What this site is
Delaware Housing & Land Use is an independent public-information publication covering housing, land use, development and population change in Delaware. It is not a government planning office, real-estate broker, developer or legal adviser. We distinguish statewide projections from local land-use decisions and link to the original plans, statutes and datasets.
Nonpartisan coverage
We aim to describe public policy, programs and their consequences without endorsing a political party, candidate, company or advocacy position. Where policy choices involve trade-offs, we explain the documented arguments and identify whose views are being represented.
Sources and dates
We prioritize government records, statutes, agency datasets, official maps and primary documents. We identify source dates where they matter. A page's update date indicates when the guide was reviewed; it does not mean every linked database was refreshed on that date.
